Registration Information

Fees

Primary Attendee

Regional Directors, Division Directors, Consultants, Associates, Assistants and Specialists

  • $935 plus applicable taxes

Fee includes:

General Session

  • Get industry perspective from executive management and insights from industry-leading speakers

Educational Sessions

  • Earn CE credits and get the skills you need to take your practice to the next level

Group/Networking Events

  • Share ideas with colleagues from across the country and build your network of peers

Meals

  • Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks during business sessions are included in your registration fee. During evening events, food, alcohol and non-alcoholic refreshments are available at no additional cost.

Non-Business Guest

Fees for non-business guests are set by taxable benefit requirements and are as follows:

  • $470 plus applicable taxes (space is limited)

Fee includes:

  • Attendance at all three general sessions, welcome reception and group event (no additional charge for alcoholic beverages), breakfast and morning break on both day 2 and day 3 of the Summit.

Payment Policy (New Changes based on tenure are in effect.)

Regional Directors, Division Directors, Consultants and Associates with 5 Years Tenure and Above

The registration fee to attend IG Apex Summit 2.0 will first be debited in full, as one payment, from either Education Credits or Practice Credits, after the conference in 2019. If credits are not available, the registration fee will be applied to your commission account, in full as one payment, after the conference.

With practice credits no longer in affect as of 2020, charges processed via practice credits cannot be reimbursed.

NOTE: If you are paying for another attendee's registration, please email the Apex Summit mailbox by October 1, 2019 to let us know which individual you are paying for. If you advise us after charges have already been processed, please note we will not be able to assist with payment transfers between attendees past October 1, 2019. Therefore it will be the responsibility of the attendee to arrange any payment transfers with compensation and their fellow attendee.

Consultants and Associates with 1-4 Years Tenure – Staggered Payment Plan Option

Consultants with 4 years tenure or less are automatically enrolled in the staggered payment plan. The staggered payment plan helps Consultants in the early stages of their careers to manage registration fee payments. Consultants' commission accounts will be debited in three equal payments, once before and twice after the conference. The first will be in October 2019, the second will be November 2019, and the third will be in December 2019.

You cannot use Practice Credits with the staggered payment plan. Practice Credits can be used when the registration fee is paid in full, without the staggered payment plan. Please notify us by email to the Apex Summit mailbox by October 1, 2019 if you do not want to use the staggered payment plan. If Practice Credits are not available, the registration fee will be applied to your commission account, in full, after the conference.

Specialist Payment

Specialists can pay to attend IG Apex Summit 2.0 by cheque. All cheques must be received by October 11, 2019. Please submit your cheque to Department 107, to the attention of Melissa Boille. Please make the cheques payable to Investors Group Financial Services Inc.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to August 31, 2019 will be charged a non-refundable $200 processing fee. Any cancellations received after this date will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellation requests must be emailed to the Apex Summit mailbox.

To avoid cancellation penalties, Consultants may transfer their registration to another Consultant but will be responsible for notifying the Apex Summit mailbox.


Wait List

Registration for IG Apex Summit 2.0 is being filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You don’t want to miss attending this event! Register early to ensure a spot!

Once conference capacity is reached, you can request a spot on the waitlist by completing the Registration Form. If spots become available, those on the wait list will be contacted in the order requests were received.
