Travel/Accommodations

IG Apex Summit 2.0 participants are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations. All business sessions will take place at the Québec City Convention Centre, 1000 Boulevard René-Lévesque E, Québec, QC G1R 5T8.

Start time for IG Apex Summit is 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21 (with registration starting at 9:00 a.m. that morning). The conference ends at 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23.

Travel

American Express

Participants are welcome to access the IG Wealth Management American Express Travel Centre for one-on-one personal service when making air or rail travel reservations. The travel centre provides comprehensive support while you are on the road and can help you if you need to change your plans or if you find yourself in need of emergency travel assistance. The preferred agency service charge that is applied to each reservation is $47.10 including taxes.

The American Express Travel Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST) and can be contacted at 1-888-554-6112. Follow the prompts (1 for English; 2 for French) then press 2 to speak to an American Express travel counselor. Identify yourself as an IG Apex Summit 2.0 attendee. Booking early will provide the best value.

Practice Credits

To use your Practice Credits to cover travel and accommodation expenses for IG Apex Summit 2.0, please complete the attached form and submit to Compensation Services, Dept. 238 for reimbursement.

Practice Credits can be used for expenses for yourself, registered team members or non-business guests at IG Apex Summit 2.0.
